These terms apply when you use the Morrow Home website or place an order with us. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Products and descriptions

Morrow Home sells kitchen gadgets, cleaning tools, and kitchen organization products.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Screen settings may cause slight colour differences, but products must match their description and any options selected when ordering.

Decorative props shown in lifestyle images are not included unless the product listing says otherwise.

Prices and payments

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout. Available payment methods are shown when placing your order.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases.

Orders and availability

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability.

If an item is unavailable or there is a material pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. Payments for cancelled, unfulfilled items will be refunded.

Cancellations

To request a cancellation or change, call 03140606672 as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to stop delivery; the Return & Refund Policy will apply.

Safe product use

Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product. Use kitchen tools only for their intended purpose and keep sharp items away from children.

Website use

You must not use the website for fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Consumer rights and disputes

These terms are subject to applicable laws in Pakistan. Nothing in them excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Please contact us first with any complaint so we can try to resolve it. Your right to seek assistance from the relevant consumer authority or court remains unaffected.

Changes to these terms

Updates apply to future orders. The terms applicable when an order was placed continue to govern that order, unless a change is required by law.
