Delivery locations

We deliver to serviceable addresses within Pakistan. Availability may vary by courier and location.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We may contact you to confirm your order or delivery details.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, public holidays, weather, and courier disruptions may cause delays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated period so we can investigate.

Delivery charges

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders over Rs. 6,000, based on the order subtotal after discounts.

For orders of Rs. 6,000 or less, delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Address details and missed deliveries

Please provide your complete address and an active phone number. If your details need correcting, contact us promptly.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts, any additional delivery charge will be explained before a new delivery is arranged.
